Hi here! I haven't been around for a long time, but I was working during the summer very hard, and also had to relax sometime. The most stuff I've done was easy and beneficial, such as preparing food with ma' love or doing some arts I've asked to make, but this last, not the original way: I was requested trough the internet :) And to feel, how serious is this, this was the first time I've drawn something for someone without knowing him or her! Those who received my art seem to be love it, so I'm pretty glad.
So it's her STO character, the finished art.
The upper one is the colored layer on the top of my scanned drawing, without the lineart.
I used black and red pencil for the basic lines, and Photoshop CS5 for the background (it's a picture, I don't know where I found, it was a part of a bigger texture pack..), the coloring and also for the tiny details like her eyes and the glisten.
Anyway, the request was this:
"An image of my OC Anuri, and Korra from "The Legend of Korra". Both Anuri and Korra are sharing a heartfelt reunion hug on Air Temple Island after having been seperated for ten long years."
I went through her request gallery, where I've seen some other art in this theme, and on all of them Korra was crying. But I think Korra isn't that type of girl who'd cry, even because of happiness. I imagined their reunion as a surprise for Korra, and the avatar would just be like when she'd let to stay on Air Temple Island by Tenzin- Hug and lift :)

I've make this whole on my Wacom Bamboo tablet, and it was a great experience, as I had to try out a lot of brushes and made even the sketches on PC (cannot do this since then..).
Also, at the background it's Republic City, because they are on the pier where the before mentioned scene was :3
Funny fact that I only was playing with the brushes and so... It looked pretty lovable, and I kept it. In the background, that little ribbon of yellow dots is a road that leads to the mountains. Near Republic City, there's a lot of mountains..
To be honest, it took me 3 months to sit down and finally finish it. I had the sketches and also started to color it, but I only worked hard during June and July.. At least it arrived, which is pretty good.

Shorty after I posted this KorrAhnuri fanart, I received an invitation to a contest, made by Onnlia-Cox. Sadly, she got banned and also the first prizes' 100 DA points disappeared.. Sad but true.
The whole stuff was about making her original characters in our style, in a cross-over way- from every character two art is needed. To be honest, this poor contest was quite like a 14-year-old girl requested us, as her OC's were from My Little Pony, Monster High and Winx..
Though the only word I can use for this is Fun. But you know, since it was August, I was like Why not? MY worst opportunity to win a bunch of MLP, Monster High and Winx OC drawings... Poor me.. :D
The first OC I've drawn is a Monster High girl, Stessa Bowz. The only description about her is that she was made out of a nightmare, where she met a Bow Monster, who "would wrap itself around you and laugh in an annoying mannor to those who steal ribbon or yarn from their mothers."
She loves ribbons and bows, and she is also a Saltwater Ghoul.
She actually goes to High School, so she is old enough to be a bit punkish, and also a bit goth. But she is a monster, she makes the fork she wants, she can wear red and yellow, because if anybody would say a rude word on her or her dressing, she'd probably bit him/ her into two parts.
I'd liked to illustrate that wildness with her eyes and smile- misbehaves but very dangerous. Just think about it, where she'd get that damn big bow? Hell knows, but no one would dare to ask her!
About the biggest changes I've made while making her: the hair is shaved on the sides of her head, and her bangs are V shaped. She also wears a lace and have some plus bows on her dress and one extra in her hair.
I've made it with black pen and aquarelle colored pencils, and it take me less than 2 hours.

So as she loves bows, and she is a Saltwater Ghoul, I thought she could make even a blob fish prettier with a bow. :)
The quote was created by me, and I used reference for the blob fish, but the whole stuff was my idea, and if I can believe the judges, they liked my damn bad humor.. :D
This piece of art was made with black pen and aquarelle colored pencils. It took me about 1-1,5 hours.
My hair should be purple? And my tails too? Well, that wasn't part of the agreement..
When I was making the art from Ruby Skyz, I've not found the character sheet yet.. So she is a bit more from my style than from her.
I know she got to be a bit older than she should be, but I really really like her this way. The art changed itself to be this old.
I've tried to make her hair an ombre, but backward. The end is darker, just like the foxes ears and tails :)
Also, about the ruby gem I associated to red, that's why she is a ginger.
She has a tattoo on her leg, which is supposed to be two yellow fox tails, but I didn't really get it while watching the original art.. At leas the ripped jeans and the two tails are correct..
Anyway, I won the contest with this piece of entry :)

Clarissa Techs is a MLP OC of her, a country girl. That's all I have known of her... ^^'
She is standing in the middle of a field and listening some music. Probably Mumford & Sons or Avicii, because I was listening a quite random playlist on YouTube that contained song from them..

Yes, she is barefoot. Nothing special, a nature lover can be barefoot on the fields, can's she?
So, as I've already mentioned, I won the contest, you can find the journal here. :) For the first prize tons of arts was offered, and I'm still waiting for the most of them.
To be honest, this requesting and art trading are fun :) I've got a bit more famous, and I've made some new relationships. In Lia-Cox's new contest I'll give one of the prizes which is good, again :3
I got to love this kind of drawing, so I hope I'll get some other request in the near future :)
