Pretty new experience to play with PS, but I didn't draw it like I'd like to color is... Pretty hard.

You can say that I have manias for every week, but it could seem to be like this because I usually mention things only once ^^

So I was just googling random stuff when all of a sudden this page showed itself to me

I was just reading them, I laughed a lot, but I didn't read the original reason of the page: It combines the last nights text that shouldn't have send and the life of the residents of Republic City

I was wondering all day, singing random songs and beeing totally tired... Beeing........... You get it. My real name is Maja............................... Yea.......No. You don't.....

For now, I've caught cold a week ago. So I was on a holiday, and watched Lord of the Rings as a pretraining for the Hobbit :D
It took me 12 hours.
And I also played Diablo III. It was good. Mhhhh.... Killing zombies and skeletons. It's always a good program when the daughter of the simple man can't sleep at 10 pm.
And I ate a lot of chocolate. Same reason as the one above.

I passed my language exam. From english. It feels good to me. Mmm.....

And I had to face with the sad true, but nobody (not a single man) knows that I was a Korra cosplay. Don't even my old con-mate..... (We couldn't met. She hadn't visit Holdfény on sunday.... ; _ ; )
Cruel world.

I was watching the Hollywood Hírügynökség. In this year- I won't see all of his videos... Once again- Cruel world..

Buuut I wanted to do a new post this week (:

Knights, Avatars and stuff..

At the Holdfénycon, Millenáris, Budapest I've met this guy, dressed like a gondorian knight (Lord of the Rings).

Mmm.... I like 'uniforms' like that ^^-

And as we were talking, he told me, that he'd made miniatures. Five tables -FIVE TABLES!!- were filled with his work- little rohanian riders, orcs, castles and battles. I had an eyegasm.

Long story short..

We finished on the third place at the Leonar3Do competition with a graphics special award (: It was a great experience to meet new faces and make new friends and last but not least to test my skills in drawing. For now I have the capability to color planets in 3D! ...
The food was horrible, the accommodation was spooky, the competition was tight and the people were sleepy.

But my visit to Budapest wasn't that bad- the HoldfényCon also took place during this weekend (:
This was absolutely AWESOME! I adore these events as a cosplay :3 You can talk to anyone and they don't think you're insane because of  you wear silly clothes ; _ ;

I want to show you my Water Tribe earrings (: One friend of mine had made them, and I was wearing them during the competition and also the con ^^

The morning is _evil_

I don't know if it was simply luck or karma, but one friend of mine got the chance to take part in a competition at Budapest, using a program called Leonar3Do ;) Have you ever heard it? No? Old mistake.
This amazing and yet unique program lets you to draw "outside" the computer. In 3D. It's an invention of a Hungarian university student, named Dániel Rátai. :D
Aaand we are going to be a part of a development team as youngsters and we'll help to find out the uses of Leonar3Do.

We're leaving for the capital city tomorrow morning. At half past five.......

Aaaand moreover! the autumn's HoldfényCon is also take place at this weekend! I'm looking forward to show the world my Korra Cosplay for the first time :3

My next few days will be purely Awesome :D I'm going to listen all of my anime and BSG music and annoy all of my surrounders :P


If my camera won't give up, and still alive for tomorrow, I'll make another post, wearing, or just showing the cosplay :3

I Kill Zombies!

Or how I imagine myself during a Zombie Apocalipse based on the High school of the Dead drawing schema (:
I've made this drawing in 10-15 minutes, with 2B pencil on a B4 paper ^^

Language exam- Done / Highschool of the dead- Seen ^_~*

Since I had my letter that my language exams date (for now) was on 9 november, all of my free time suddenly lost. But I'm done! Not sure if it is going to be that good as I expected, but at least I had a great experience. And I'll probably get some pálinka next time before the oral exam... It helps me to talk easier :D

So as I hadn't had much time, I couldn't draw, read or watch a movie. I can proudly say, that all of above have done for now!
I've planned to watch the HOTD, and Ta-Da! Now I have time! There are a lot of boobies. But I liked the weapon-fanatic guy and the katana-lady ^^
The story is an usual apocalypse story, but it shows the beginning, not just the survival part of the whole. The music is charming! The opening stucked into my ears! And the seventh ending~ ♥ *-*
Although I'm not that type of person, who watches anime in all of her free time. I rarely start new series. And they're usually not animes. But this one is worth watching ;)


That's all for today... I don't really want to read, write or even talk in english.. It was enough for a month (:

Korra bracelet ^^'

Inspired by her, I've made my "Korra bracelet" :'D

Horrible.

 The only thing that keeps me alive is it can't get worst.... Honestly. If I ever try this again it would only end prettier that this one...

I used this as the pillar of my work. It's a hungarian site, but the pictures could help and explain better. The only thing I changed was in the white part: in the 3rd line the first two and in the 4th line the second knits are inversery.

To bend or not to bend?

Korra and the White Lotus. Quite symbolic.

First she was about to airbend and hold the flower like this, but I decided not to draw the 'airlines'. Not sure if it's better this way... But pretty cool.

First, I was drawing with pencil, then changed and continued with black pen. The coloring was easy compared with the hair. But I enjoyed every moment of drawing this :3

I had this idea so long, and also had a sketch, but didn't have the patience and the time to complete her. First she wasn't even coloured- but it would be boring.

The first skeck was made after she finally learnt airbending. That's why her hair float. And also does the White Lotus.

The whole thing took me 5 houres. Aproximately..

Beautiful day for a Strawberry

Our t-shirt for next week's school election will be decorated with my drawing (: Could you imagine my happiness? My drawing will be worn by peoples I don't even know!
I hope that everybody who wear my shirt will love it (:

It camed into my mind because the first coloured t-shirts had arrived at my classmate, and it's amazing! I'll post pictures if we are already own some :P

Is Adam Paquette the new John Avon?

For me, he surely is (:


John Avon was the man who came my mind when somebody said "Magic Lands". He Is the old master- maybe one of the first land-painter. His works are beautiful but there are also simple- it's why there are beautiful.

 

Those lands are truly charming. Avon is so talented, I can't say enough times how great he is!

But time passes, and new is more interesting.

Adam Paquette's lands were my favourites from the Avacyn Restored- "..And then the sun brightly shined on the sad and curled lands"

Nagate, the endless city

Who is my favourite writer? I don't want to choose, there are so many hilarious writers- but if I must, I'd say it's László Zoltán. He is a hungarian sci-fi writer. He is importart for me. It's probably because of Nagate was my first book I just bought withouth a single reference. I was just hanging around a big book shop when this beautiful book appeard on the horisont of my vision. It was like a suprise- Hungarian writer? Such an interesting story and a beauiful book jacket? I had to buy it (:

My favourite fanart ever (:
As usually I niether use colors nor paint, because the pictures come to my mind in lineart, but this one was exaly like it's became^^
We were at the Lake Balaton, and I was just hit up on the idea of the swimming Korra. After the final battle, she just goes to an exotic and warm island and just relax in the water all day long. No boys, no problems, no bending, just floating in the water without cares.

Thougt I'm not that tipe of artist who only copies the series or making a lot of fanart. It only could look that way because the most of the uploaded pics here are from my fanarts. The most of my very very few fanarts..



Nah, it's about 2 months old, on a B4 paper, with aquarell and black pen and white acril for the waves. And I love it. And it's one of my best paintings ever. And you should also like it. It had more attention and time from me that any history lesson ever had!





If I had a waterbed, I would totally go to sleep. Oh wait, I'm going to sleep anyway.. Damn.

Korra Cosplay- Ready!

Ehm... Korra Cosplay... First the hair things :3

Every girl I've seen doing their Korra cosplay used white to the hair things ligher lines- and that was I also planned untill I started to rewatch the serie. Her blue whatsit's lighet lanes are not white! They are light blue! (:
It's a pretty good news, because I don't have any white ribbon only blue ^^'

T-Shirt?

The school have aldeady started, I've caught a bad cold, so here am I with a new post...

Some weeks ago I've bought a white t-shirt- in the name of "I'll make an awesome draw on da whatsit!"


I've made this draw while I was at work... It was quite boring.
First I was wondering, which one shuold I choose, but the final look is better. But I really like both.
So the t-shirt is in progress. Our printer is like it was dead, and it will also took a few time to choose a right color for the drawing.

(BTW, I named this drawing "Skizophrenia"- symbolized by the butterfly wing pattern and the spur wheels and well.. the other uhm... lines. Whenever I look at it, it lives, it moves and she smiles like "Yes, I know it is strange, but it's my world and I enjoy myself here." And as she doesn't look into your eyes, she ingores you just like she wouldn't even care about you or any other stuff. She just enjoying the possibilities of her uniqe world view..)

My boyfriend and me made two Totoro (: First we planned only one, but he needed my guidance and I decided to sew another in parallel his Totoro :3
